“Anti-rival tokens for sustainable digital economy” – ATARCA Seminar week

ATARCA Seminar Week has now concluded! Thank you to all who joined. Recordings of each sesion can be found below.

Join us March 6th to 10th for ATARCA Seminar Week, five days full of interesting keynotes, workshops and talks relevant for academics, policymakers, developers and those curious about the data economy. Each day provides the opportunity to learn about our three pilot cases and, more broadly, about how anti-rivalry promotes an efficient economy of digital goods. Throughout the week, participants will learn how digital economies can be governed with anti-rival digital tokens.

The week opens with keynotes from Primavera De Filippi, Director of Research at the National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS), Michael Zargam, CEO and founder of BlockScience, and Matthew Schutte, Co-Founder of Collaborative Advantage.

Policy roadmap for regenerative digital economy – 4th ATARCA Policy Observatory – recording

  • The fourth and final session of the ATARCA Policy Observatory focuses on showcasing pathways towards a more sustainable and equitable digital economy in Europe. During this concluding session of the series, we will review the major findings of the ATARCA policy work and engage in a discussion with guest panelists. The objective is to provide insights into how EU policies and regulation (such as the Data Act) could promote a digital economy that prioritises both societal and planetary well-being. We will present our recommendations and a roadmap for how EU policies should evolve to support these goals.
